This attractive 3 position footstool made from solid wood and MDF, sections with a printed polyester fabric covered padded top. Containing a factory assembled frame and supplied with screw in turned wooden bun feet, with protective pads affixed to the base. Adjustable supports allow a choice of height positions to maximise your comfort, making this beautiful 3 position stool the perfect accompaniment to your living space.

Flimsy . Collapses when moved .
Very flimsy . Also every time you move it , it collapses . I bought it for my elderly mum to rest her feet , and thought as it was light weight she would be able to move it easily, sadly this doesn't work as it collapses every time . Definitely not recommended. My husband is going to have to fix it so it doesn't collapse . I would have returned it , but a member of staff at the care home sat on it the first day she had it and broke it .Her husband fixed it for us . It just doesn't work .

Horrendous quality
Legs had cracks in them. Wing nuts don’t hold stabilisers in position. Returned one stool with hole in it. Wholesaler was very helpful in providing replacement. Stool top not wide enough for 2 legs. They will go to the tip on my next run!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
