Inspired by the world-famous authority on Chinese cuisine, Ken Hom, this cast aluminium grill pan provides a healthy way to fry, as the ridges in the base ensure that the fat is drained away. The pan is also surprisingly easy to clean thanks to its Xylan silicone based non-stick coating.

The Grill pan is made from 2.5 / 5mm gauge cast aluminium which means it heats up quickly and provides good heat retention and consistent conduction.
