Easy to set trap for the effective control of mink and similar sized animals in fisheries, riverbanks and farms. A long-lasting galvanised mesh design with a protective handplate and carrier handle for easy handling.

To use:

• Always wear gloves when handling traps
• Place bait infront of the treadle. Eggs, or meat and fish are recommended
• Lift trap door untill fully open
• Push trap door spring forward whilst lifting locking bar from the top of the trap
• Holding the trap door in the open position, set the trap by swinging the setting hook beneath the bush on the trap door and then lowering the door to release pressure back onto the setting hook
• Once the trap is set the treadle at the front should be pitched at an angle to the ground
• For safe handling and transportation use the carrier handles at the top of the trap
