Love my pedal bin.
I bought my bin before Xmas and I’m so happy I did it’s in a area of my kitchen where it difficult to get a tall slim bin to suit the position and it Lois lovely plus the soft close it’s perfect.

Lovely sized bin
Bought this a month ago put into use one week ago ,
Tried to pull the bag out , torn to shreds , reason caught on the lid mechanism rivets
And caught the inner ring clips .
The remedy have a internal removable sleeve for the bin bag so that it doesn’t
Catch on sharp edges

Bought this bin while ago. Looks good but every time I try to take the bag out I got annoyed as the bag ripped off. I do not recommend that product

Addis Chrome Bin
Wouldn’t recommend this bin unfortunately. Looks good and is a good size for what I need. However the plastic hoop that is used to hold the bags in place is held up by plastic holders that rip the bag to shreds when you try to take it out. Whoever designed the bin obviously didnt have a go at taking a bin bag out of it.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
