Useless for tall people
Bought this last week but it quickly became apparent its no good for anyone over 6ft tall. The headrest and back are fixed in position and cannot be moved - meaning the headrest sticks in the middle of my shoulder blades (I'm just over 6'3") making it really uncomfortable and causing me to slouch and slump to avoid causing pain.
Assembly was okay although one arm rest took a very long time to fit due to the padding around the screw hole being loose, making it very hard to get the parts flush.

Faulty and issues with communication
Bought this chair and upon building it was clear the arms/back rest would not screw together. Emailed and initially had speedy replies but then it was every 3/4 days. Then I had to contact again as was not advised when replacement would be sent. Again had to wait 4/5 days for a response. Got replacement but I had to chase up 3 times when faulty package would be collected. Not good customer service but new chair was built

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
