Nice shop and staff. The corkscrew's good too.
I've lost my corkscrew. It's lurking somewhere at home, but hasn't come to light. So when I was in the store buying a padlock, I asked one of your ladies if you sell corkscrews. Not the largest article in your vast store in Woking, she nevertheless assumed all the senses of a bloodhound, and eventually found the display in a corner. At less than £4, this was just what I wanted. A quick test run when I got home reveals that it works perfectly, and i'm now well on the way once more to becoming an alcoholic. My undying thanks go to the lady assistant, whose perseverance was astonishing. Well done all round.
