Light and effective
I purchased this item from you and was so pleased that I bought another for my daughter. I have been on to Beldray to find out how to wash these items and also what liquid that I use for windows, just water or an additive? After several e mails and a chat line, I am no further on, I still don’t know

Mop and duster
Great bit of kit. I dampen the mop when i haven't the time to do a thorough clean. It does a great job. It is great that the mop comes off and can be rinsed and hung to dry for next time. The dusting wand is handy and bends for doing tops of cupboards. I am very satisfied with it. Would be useful to be able to buy spare mop heads.

Good cleaning set
Good duster with extendable handle which can reach high areas, including ceilings. Can also wash the removable parts as well.
