Old technology is sometimes best.
Lightweight, easy to use, no battery and no need to charge - and works surprisingly well. Excellent for picking up little bits of fluff from the bedroom floor between hoovers and much more effective than expected for dog hair. Splendid bit of kit. Not great on stairs!

Bit small
This came very promptly, there wasn't much warning of its arrival so it sat on doorstep for several hours. Assembled easily but handle is short. Doesn't pick up as efficiently as previous sweeper but it is smaller. Managed to get old one working again so this will probably be a standby .

Spares not available
Impossible to contact Beldray, website leads to company of another name with no way to contact them, and phone numbers lead to answer machines that offer several irrelevant options. Seems they want the wealthy to buy another one, the smart to claim on the warranty just before it expires, and the rest to just suck it up. The weld is inadequate engineering for the use it is put to and the plastic comb is possibly to hide the weakness in photos.
