Ideal for small space, and looks good
We were initially delighted with this product; looks and value excellent.
However, one of the back legs wouldn't screw in as the connecting screw was just spinning in the hole. We debated returning it, but such a hassle and we wanted this colour, so my husband araldited the offending screw in the leg and it's fine.
The cushions are naff; would have thought they were integral as per photo, but they just balance on the end. So I've put both one on top of the other against the wall, and it now looks more like a chaise longe!
Worth the money and comfortable.

Excellent and stylish for price
Used for sleepover in Christmas period. Delivered in one box really promptly. Easily assembled and easy to use - adjustable recline.
I certainly would not be able to use this for TWO though.

Sofa Beds Arrived Damaged & Poorly Packaged
So I ordered online for home delivery 2 cream colour sofa beds and one was very badly packaged, like someone had opened it to view it or something, other was well packaged. The one one that was badly packaged also had torn leather on side about 1 inch tear, the other one had a leather scratch, which I can’t see or find now. I contacted Robert Dyas immediately only way was online send a message have heard nothing back been over 2 weeks.

way too small, for a bed or sofa
This may look nice , however its tiny, its too small to sit on comfortably, there is no way you'd get two slim people on it as a bed ! m its only a single, and a hard single at that , so very disappointed as the whole point of buying it was for an extra bed for two as a double, but you cant really use it even as a sofa, no room hard and uncomfortable

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
