Excellent piece of kit for home or travels
I had been looking for a portabl gas bbq for sometime and nearly did not buy the x200 because so many reviews mentioned issus with the gas regulater. In the end I decided to take a chance given that there were also a lot of good reviews too. I am please I did, the x200 works well, I have no issues with the gas regulater which is simple to use, detachable for potrabilty and for storage. Cooking on the infra red system is a little different but as long as you have some experiene of bbqs you shouldn"t take long to get the hang of if. Food cooks well with distinctive char lines. Decent quality for the price and I would recommend it to a friend. One tip I saw was that a blue ikea bag fits the x200 as a carry bag and it does, like a glove.

Great BBQ
Used it a few times now and very pleased with results. You get about 5 bookings from 1 gas canister. Robert says was by far the cheapest new x200 around.

Great little gas bbq
I brought this CharBroil X200 to replace an Outback bbq that I had for only 5 years which had fallen into total disrepair. The X200 has been every bit as good as the Outback, even though smaller, in many respects better. My only criticism is that I was not offered the extra gas pipe and regulator, which allows you to run it from a large patio gas cylinder.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
