Excellent product
Excellent BBQ the reviews I read said it was easy to cook on this grill and I have to say that's true and I really enjoy cooking on it the results I get are very tasty.The assembly of the product was easy with good instruction only taking around 1 hour. I find the cleaning of the grill plates is easy if you follow the product instruction to burn off anything that sticks to them after cooking (I leave the burners on medium heat for 5 minutes with lid closed) then clean of when cool. I have used my grill 20 times upto now and have no complaints at all.

Well built, large, easy to put together
I have used this quite a few times now, easy to clean, quick to use and large cooking area. Heats evenly across the whole cooking area and food tastes great.

Great BBQ with lots of capability for a good price
This BBQ is so easy to use and get a good result. Makes it easy to get steaks worthy of a steakhouse in your back garden and can be turned down low enough to slow roast a large cut of meat.
Works best with steak by setting up a 2-zone grill: Sear on one very hot side then transfer to the other cooler side to cook through.
Easily cooks enough burgers and sausages for a party of 10-12 without leaving anyone waiting for anything.
To clean up is very easy, just turn the burners to high and leave for 10 mins with lid down. Next time you want to use it, use a nylon brush on the COLD grill and the included scraper on the stainless steel IR plate and vacuum all the ash away. A wire brush will damage the porcelain coating.
The bars are porcelain coated cast iron so make sure you season well with a high temperature oil (Coconut, Vegetable, etc) before your first use and oil it every time you use it.
Assembly takes an hour or two, but it's nothing a competent DIYer can't handle and there are step-by-step guides in the app.
Note that although the main lid is stainless steel, you will still need a cover as the side pieces and the cart are mild steel and will rust if left to the elements.
Would be a bit more logical if it came with 4-grills so there was one per burner, and there is a little room for improvement with the potential rust of the side pieces. But these are minor areas for improvement. I'd say that this BBQ is easily equivalent to Weber ones costing over £1000 (Genesis 4-burner models) and I expect it to last a long time. It doesn't have the gimmick of the wok/pizza stone/whatever hole but nothing stops you from just putting pizza stones or cast iron griddles on top of the bars... these both work great, by the way! :)

A distinct upgrade!
We bought this to replace our 10-year-plus old one. It's so much faster and more efficient;we are pleased we saw it on the Robert Diaz site.
