Extremely Helpful Company
I have purchased from Robert Dyas in the past and they have always been efficient. This time the purchase was a Charles Bentley pedal bin. The first was damaged and the replacement was damaged, I decided therefore to be refunded. I have given Robert Dyas a 5 star review as they have been more than helpful in dealing with the fact that I have received not only one damaged bin but two. Not only have they emailed me they have also telephoned to let me know what's going on. I would like to think that now they would stop selling these Charles Bentley pedal bins as that company don't seem to be taking much care with their production or packing these bins.

Charles Bentley retro bin
This is second bin I’ve bought needed two because of recycling. Bins are neat so take up less room yet plenty big enough for kitchen waste

Great bin
We were doing our kitchen and looking for a decent sized but narrow bin. This fits the bill perfectly. It has an inner bin too so easy to keep clean. It’s metal, not plastic, and the only problem was the clatter when you let it go! Hubby got his thinking cap on, piece of carpet tile glued to the underside of the worktop, hey presto, perfect. We are trying to move away from plastic, so ideal. Excellent delivery, and quality item. Highly recommend

The physical appearance is good, only drawback is that 30L bin liners do not fit due to the shape of the bin.

Dents
I wasnt happy with this it had dents in the lids and was shabby made the lid is really wobbly I sent pics of the dents they told me they couldn't see them.
