Great item, poor online/delivery experience.
The item is excellent. Where RD failed was with their customer experience. RD failed to tell me my order would be delivered on 2 separate days. I spent a few hours speaking to their courier's when only half my item arrived and then to Robert Dyas. Their response was robotic and assumptive. I was made to feel foolish. Recommend product :yes, recommend their online service: nope.
