Not for those who are fairly fit already
Hi, I bought this so I could do some cardio at home instead of having to do it at the gym. 45 mins cardio in the morning 3x a week. I dont think this would last for one, and for two it took me 40 mins to get my heart rate up to 120bpm, which is not that great for me; I thought there would be a bit more resistance on it but theres not. Its also very loud, and echoed throughout a furnished flat. I have to do cardio at 5.30 am before work, so this is really no good for me. But I can see that someone who is fairly over weight just wanting to do 15/20mins during the day I'm sure it would be fine. Its fairly sturdy, you have to add the seat, arms and pedal on yourself and connect the wires up, which is fiddley and takes a while. Also you need batteries for the display unit. I will have to attempt a refund as this is no good for me unfortunately :-( The seat was okay as comfortable as possible after a 45 mins session, nothing like a spin bike!
