No hope from
Very disappointed
I was most excited to receive this but unfortunately when I opened the box I found the chimnea broken to pieces. I couldn’t find a phone no for customer service so e mailed asking for a replacement to be delivered and the broken one taken away. No reply for a week ! They required photos of broken item but had already repacked and sealed box up and wasn’t about to unpack it all again. Don’t they believe me that it’s broken?
Two weeks later and still waiting for further communication!!

Arriver broken and still no resolution
I bought this over 3 weeks ago and was delivered broken, I still have not had a replacement and has been escalated 3 times. Very disappointed, I would member purchase though Robert Dyas again!
