Pests in your home can create a real nuisance and cause havoc to your daily routine. To help battle the pests in your home, at Robert Dyas we have a range of effective and safe pest control products that can be used around the home to help remove your unwanted guests.

The best pest control repellent to go for is dependent on the type of pest you have. If rat or mouse droppings have been found around your home then we recommend choosing a specialist mouse repellent to help with your problem, and our range includes non-lethal products to help safely remove your guest. If you have any young children or furry friends around your homes, we recommend using repellent that can be plugged into a wall socket, meaning there is no risk of cats, dogs or children consuming anything dangerous.

Pest Control FAQs

How long do pest repellers take to work?

Depending on the type of infestation and the severity of your pest problem this can differ. The repellers start to work straight away, working to reach your unwanted pests and draw them out of your home near enough immediately, reducing the likelihood of them returning when the repellent is being used continuously.

However, if your pest problem is severe this process may take slightly longer - it can take up to two weeks to see a clear change in your home with larger infestations. If you continue to see no impact from the repeller we recommend seeking specialist help.

Are pest sprays worth it?

Yes, pest sprays can be extremely effective when you first see any unwanted pests in your home, with the likes of small insects such as moths & flys. If, with continuous use of pest sprays, you see no results, then we highly recommend seeing specialist help.
