Parasol base
Very sturdy base which is ideal for when gusts of wind start. It is heavy enough to stand alone [without a table] but OK to move, even though I am a female over 60

Great shape
The arrows on the handle to lift/close the parasol are the wrong way round. I don't think the handle is of good quality and feel it may not last long.
The shaft of the parasol seems sturdy. It's rather heavy too. So hope this is an indication that it will withstand our weather in the uk.
