Excellent quality
Having recently moved home after lockdown I initially had not much to cook with and found Robert dyas better value then other sites, easy to use online shopping and quick delivery. Really good quality. I plan to visit my local branch as it’s reopened from today.

Simple pans
Bought these recently as an emergency buy, thought they were a good price, they're OK but they heat really quickly a little too quickly meaning sometimes things are hot but not cooked , ie if u were cooking veg

Great set of pans but not for induction hobs
Your website did not say these were not for induction. It is an unwritten rule that if it doesn't say then you can. Sadly I was ordering for a friend and when I took them back to her it clearly said so on the box. Please make sure all your products say this online. It is so simple to do and doesn't mean I have to get a refund and take them back. Excellent service in handling it as always from your team.

Very flimsy
I was very disappointed when these arrived. Had I been shopping in store I would never have bought these. I didn’t expect a lot because of the price but Robert Dyas has always been a name I trust so was surprised how cheap these felt and looked.
