Very comfortable
Very happy with this swing. It is very comfortable and we didn’t have any problems following the instructions to assemble it. It’s not as high up at the back as our previous swing was so we can’t rest our head back as much as we could, but it has the added benefit of cushions which we didn’t have before so that outweighs it and we do prefer it to our previous one. Very pleased with it, just hope we get some warmer weather so we can enjoy it more!

GOOD VALUE
This is a very neat product and the cushions are thicker than normal. The only thing I would critsise is that the sizes online must be incorrect as it has been difficult to get the right size cover.

Not Happy
I purchased this item and when received the canopy was torn in two places. I put in a complaint 3 weeks ago and as yet have heard nothing. The frame is sturdy and easy to assemble but the canopy is of very poor quality.

Poor Quality
Eleven parts were scratched back to the metal, trying to get this sorted took too many weeks and emails I gave up in the end…don’t bother

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
