Great Gazebo & great deliu
Ordered this one in particular as a family member has it, the delivery was a couple of days even though it said up to 14 days so a lot earlier which was great. Sturdy, fits perfectly and looks great.

Avoid at all costs
Horrific gazebo, most tie backs all broke off, the Velcro curtain straps come undone in the wind. Faded quickly. But WORST of all, after 16 months now, and the first sign of cold this year, 4’c , as birds have walked on it, their feet have cut through it like tissue paper, it is that brittle. So unless you want to replace the roof after every warranty year runs out, then go for it. Spoke to the company, nothing they can do, only one year warranty guaranteed. Don’t waste your money. No blame attached to Robert Dyas just the manufacture of an utterly sub standard product

Love the concept of this gazebo , but very disappointed that it faded after only being up 11 days !!

Received gazebo late. Gave me the wrong confirmation day of delivery. Sent the wrong size gazebo. Ordered a 3x3m sent me a 2.5x2.5. This has still not been resolved after nearly 4weeks! Every time I response the a email it takes days for someone to get back me! I am dissatisfied customer.
