Very Disappointed
I was going away on holiday and needed a specific charger or world wide one. I found what I was searching for, ordered it and specifically paid extra money for next day delivery (to be delivered by Royal Mail). The item arrived, as I was already on my way to Heathrow Airport. Fortunately for me, my sister had ordered some and hers arrived on time.
I never received an acknowledgement that I had paid for next day delivery, an apology for the delay or even a refund for the extra money spent.
