Good for me and the planet!
I was trying to find a red kettle with a water level indicator and a replaceable limescale filter, due to living in a hard water area, and found it practically impossible - until I found this Haden kettle. Not only is it very stylish, easy to use, and able to be put on the base in any position (being circular), but it comes with a replacement filter in the box - and when I contacted the company was told that a replacement filter could be sent at need, free of charge! No more replacing the kettle when the filter wears out, no more scouring the internet for an expensive replacement filter that fits, I can use my wonderful new kettle for years!

Does the job and then some... I love the fact you are able to see the temperature (may not be very accurate, but still very useful. Also, comes with an extra filter, which is great, since the flimsy kettle filter is always the one to go bust.

Lovely design object
I bought this kettle a month ago and using it regularly at home. It looks really lovely in my new kitchen and gives a cosy warm feeling. The colour is also really good because it’s neutral but unusual. It works very well as a kettle.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
