Nice looking machine
A replacement for my broken one. Had to make a few compromises like a mirrored door and turn dial to get what I wanted at a price I was happy to pay. Didn't know the make and I did contact the company for some advice but no one got back to me. It all works well but the oven could brown a little better. Will stick to my gas one for cakes. Overall though a good oven at a sensible price.

Disappointed in some aspects.
New microwave arrived as promised. It looks very smart but I am disappointed that the convection oven does not reach the temperature you set it at. I have to set it at least 10 degrees higher to get things correctly cooked or heated. The observation window in the door is not useful as I find I still have to open the door to check how things are cooking.
It is easy to work wth clear instructions to follow.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
