Ordered 7 buckets, with lids, online as the price was too good to miss. Arrived quickly but lidless. Emailed and issue resolved rapidly. RD - despite my issues, you earn a 4. Excellent price; quick delivery; rapid resolution and, to cap it all, I was adised to dispose of the first consignment as I saw fit. RD sent 7 more buckets this time with their lids. So, quality is OK; Customer Service is incredible and value turned out to be fantastic. Buy from Robert Dyas with total confidence: you will not be disappointed.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
