Courgette Zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) is a classic variety with heavy, early maturing fruits on bushy plants. An excellent source of vitamin C, these courgettes can be enjoyed in soups, stir-frys or an Italian inspired dish.
You can harvest these plants from July to October. They thrive best in partial sunlight and like a well-drained and fertile soil for maximum growth.
