Squash (Butternut) Hawk F1 (Cucurbita moschata) is quick maturing, handy sized and sweetly flavoured producing 700g (approx.) fruits that store well. An excellent source of vitamin A, good for vitamin C and folate these squashes work well in soup, pies or roasted.
You can harvest these plants from September to October. They thrive best in partial sunlight and like fertile and well-drained soil to grow to their full potential.
