It's good to know a business like this exists...they offered a competitive price for the trampoline and delivered as they said they would, on time and packaged well.

Still haven't got t trampoline after a whole month
and still no confirmation of it's whereabouts or new delivery date after a whole month of chasing.. I know that Plum brand is good because our last one lasted more than 10 years of full on childhood. Customer services seems to be run by a robot and no one answering my letters threatening legal action. I couldn't find a valid telephone number to speak to a real human. This experience has totally put me off buying from Robert Dyas again. I had previously thought that they were going to be alright. This purchase sucks! They haven't even offered any discount on the massively long wait and inconvenience.
