Great product and service
We bought this as a first birthday gift for our daughter and she loves it. It was reasonably easy to assemble and it’s a nice size. The cover does collect a lot of water when it rains unless you prop it up underneath in the middle; we found a large plastic plant pot (the kind you can get at the supermarket) to be perfect for this, with a few bricks to weigh down the top and edges. We were also very impressed by how quickly it arrived and how compact the package was.

Decent size sandpit for toddlers
Bought this for my 2 year old son, but wanted something a bit bigger than the plastic ones, and this is fab! Fairly easy to put together and I did it by myself. I was concerned about the cover quality having read other reviews, but it was perfect, with elastic over the corners to secure it into position.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
