Quite good
I find pans quite heavy and as the lids do not have any holes in, I find they can boil over if not carefully watched. The lid handles also get very hot. That said, the set is excellent quality and cooks well.

Only real down side I have come across at this moment is that the lid handle gets very hot and you will forget every time
