Great pan set, prism set
This is a great pan set. I had another preistege set prior to my new set . I have had no issues with both my sets and the only reason i have bought my new set is because the rubber on my large pan riped and I just wouldnt risk using it. My first set I had for nearly 20years and they are still in great condiction and I still use them excepted for the large one. All in all these are great pans and well worth the money.

Do not work on induction hob
I bought these just in time for Christmas. I eagerly began using them on my hob to only be able to hear them at a minimal level. Used the test feature on my hob only to reveal that these pans are simply not suitable for an induction hob. A very disappointing purchase. As a quick standby I dashed to Tesco and bought a cheap set of pans that work properly. Don’t waste your money if you are planning to use these on an induction hob.

Stained, scratched and chipped pans
Currently have this issue with Prestige about both frying pans staining and scratching badly, as well as the none stick coating chipping. Saucepans seem more robust but are also scratching and chipping. This is not down to misuse. I've only been using them for 4 months.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
