A nice picnic bench.
You definitely need an electric screwdriver. Unfortunatrly ours didnt work !!!!
The table is great. Just what we had wanted. It replaces our previous one which had lasted 40yrs. Hope this one last as long.

Sturdy picnic table
A very sturdy picnic bench. Perfect size for 4. I liked the fact the seats are wider than many being 3 planks wide instead of 2. Comfortable seating. Easy to assemble. Prompt delivery.

Faulty part, offered £5 to get myself!
Picnic bench with faulty part.Was offered £5 from customer service to source the part myself.I refused and eventually received a replacement part.Disappointing but fine in the end.

Ok, disappointed about discolouration
The picnic table is OK, was delivered on time. But I was a bit disappointed about the discoloration of the wood. I know it will probably disappear over time, but it does not look nice right now.

The bench is great,solid and good quality wood. Only given 3 stars as 1 bolt missing but not planning on returning the bench.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
