Delighted with arbour.
We are delighted with our corner arbour. It took my husband and self about 10 hours to erect and a bit fiddly at times as we were working in a corner. We had battery drill & screwdriver which we thought made the job easier. It looks lovely and a good quality product in our opinion. Prompt delivery service. Thank you.

Really happy with this little gem
I've always wanted a beautiful sheltered seating area in my garden and this has not disappointed.
However, a word of warning, it is not clear in the description; this flat pack has no pre-measured, pre-drilled holes as you would expect with a flat pack! So if you are a 5'4", 40-something woman thinking you can assemble this with a little holding things help from your 60-something mother, think again!
Maybe I'm naive to have thought this. I am lucky that when it came to attaching the last piece of lattice, I had a strong man I could call on to lend a hand.
It only took me 3 days to put together in total.

Over priced
Had to unload van with neighbor
Driver wanted to get on his way
Instructions were vague and wet as they were stapled to side of pallet
Small slats for the middle did not fit and had to make my own
There was more of the small screws than the largest ones which I did not mind
I will be telling people there are cheaper ones on the market and looks better I just wish I searched instead of wife

Very poor quality wood
The item is covered in knots. I had hoped to leave it natural but will now have to paint it after treating knots with special product to stop them showing through and keep the sticky resin at bay.
This means paying someone again as I had to employ a joiner to assemble it!
Very very disappointing with item.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
