Very sturdy & comfortable
It was a struggle for me to build this together with my disabled husband but we are very proud of our efforts. Poor packaging meant that some of the fixings were missing but the company did send another pack. The finished arbour looks splendid in our garden - and excellent value for money. Would recommend

Attractive Arbour
Arbour ordered and delivered within less than a week. Took 2 people about 3 hours to build. Very pleased with end result.

Bought this for our daughters 50th birthday. Parts missing wooden struts damaged & although assured that all would be sorted nothing has happened!

I bought this item as it had good reviews an d looked good in the photos.
Unfortunately, it arrived with significant damage to one of the side panels. I reported this to Robert Dyas and they passed me to Rowlinson.
Everyone has been very helpful BUT a replacement is not due to be delivered until late August. This has been very disappointing!
I hope that when I have all the requisite parts, it will be easy to assemble and there will be enough of the Summer left to enjoy it.

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £30 from Robert Dyas, use code FREEDEL30 at checkout and is available on Standard products. This offer excludes products for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

Please note some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home), it is at the drivers discretion if they can deliver the item to another location on the property.

Whilst we do all that we can to prevent this, from time to time, orders can experience slight delays in courier networks. In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
