Very difficult to assemble
No holes for screws a lot of careful measuring and marking is required. Also one piece was split at the end.
Once it's assembled after 2-3 hours it's quite comfy and the table in between is generous I would say the seat is quite narrow

Disappointed
Just unpacked to find no instructions, no screws & one of the slats on the back of chair is broken. Very disappointed, trying to figure out if it is salvageable or to just send it back.

Disappointing and poor quality
We saw this chair somewhere else and it had already been assembled so didn't take much notice of the fittings. When ours came it was flat pack which was fine but it was very disappointing quality. The instructions are poor and not great to follow as some item codes are inaccurate, the screws included were of poor quality and not all of the correct size/quantity and one of the pieces of wood was the wrong length. We are a handy couple with plenty of experience at making things and putting things together, we have a good selection of our own tools but even with all of that , this was difficult and disappointing.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
