Looks good!
The coldframe went together easily (lady in her 70’s) and looks quite robust. Time will tell how it stands up to the elements.

great coldframe
I bought this cold frame a few weeks ago and already has proved invaluable to my allotment. As to the product, the instructions were very precise and easy to follow and because of social distancing i had to assemble it myself, on my own although it was recommended at least two persons to assemble the cold frame. I was pleased with myself and pleased with the cold frame.

Cold Frame
Heavy duty cold frame. Coated it in wood preserver before assembly, then another one when assembled. Looking good. The only thing I would say, is that The struts that hold the cold frame lids open, seem very flimsy. We screwed them to the sides of the cold frame for further support to the lids. Then we bought two black hooks and eyes, we attached the eyes to the cold frame lids, and the hooks to the fence behind. Really sturdy now. Other than that, were happy with it. I have a Rowlinson planters, which I can highly recommend. Beautifully made, and hardwaring.

good product
Looks pretty rough before assembly but much better when put together. Certainly much more solid and stable than aluminium cold frames which have become airborne with gusty winds in our garden. Instruction and screws etc were all fine.

Cold frame
It appears to be a good quality product. It went together easily. We have started using it straight away, and havnt had time to paint it with wood preserver yet, will prob have to wait for the summer for that. But there does appear to be signs of mould on the wood.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
