Not happy from
Very disappointing
I bought this iron after reading about it ,I have to say I'm very disappointed, iv never felt so frustrated with an iron before,and I'm only putting this review on now because iv just used it and I'm now frustrated again so much that i have now decided its going in the bin and I will buy a new iron.. I have had trouble with the cover lid from were you put water in constantly falling off for no reason and trust me iv been very careful but no it falls off,then because that falls of when your ironing no matter how hard you try the water comes out wetting what ever your ironing wet through .. also the temperature of the iron is very unpredictable, one time its to hot for what your material is and what it saying to put it on then goes far to cool and you can't get it to iron ....so because if the constant wet clothes from it ,the burn marks in clothes or the I just can't even get the creases out iv gad enough. I feel sorry for anyone buying this iron...iv never had one like it in my life and hope I never do again.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
