Not what I expected
I opened this item and wasn't impressed. The baskets are of a fragile, cheap plastic, they were even difficult to take off one another. Also the steamer is smaller than what I expected. So I just returned without using.

disappointing
bought this steam thinking it would be a good option for a healthy life style. upon arriving i noticed that the tiers where extremely flimsy and stuck to each other. Having managed to get the tiers apart i assembled. i poured water in and switched it on. i let the steamer run for about 20 minutes when i noticed the water was collecting on my work unit. considering it was only on for 20 minutes and my work counter was covered in water it was sent straight back to the shop. not a good product for a branded company
