Best pan ever!
Wow! This is the best frying pan I have ever owned. I love it so much, I’m the only one in the house allowed to use it and clean it!
Looks good, cleans well, bonus with a lid!

Satisfactory
I was very satisfied with the product as it came as advertised. Quality was pristine and the product have a beautiful shiny interior. Worked perfectly when used on an induction stove. However, the lid had a small amount of water enter when I was washing it. I unscrewed the lid handle and disassembled the lid section to drain the water. After screwing the lid screw too tightly i accidentally broke the metal leaf holding the screw to the glass lid. However the product is still highly functional and i wouldn't recommend fiddling with the parts like I did.

Poor quality
I received this as a Christmas present in 2020. It looked good and has the bonus of a lid but, as another reviewer points out, the food sticks even with considerably more oil than I normally use.
The first few times I used it, something leaked from between the base and the pan itself, causing it to bubble and hiss like an old-fashioned kettle and it’s impossible to remove the brown marks it caused.
After less than 5 months, the non-stick coating is peeling off. Yesterday, I cooked with coconut milk and now the surface has bubbled and is peeling away. I have used only nylon utensils and have cleaned it carefully but this pan has proved the worst I’ve ever had.
I definitely don’t recommend it and would not buy another pan by Sabichi. What a waste of money.
