This elegant, high-quality Oatland summerhouse from Shire makes an attractive outdoor addition, whether it’s used as a garden room or stylish storage building.
The very popular and practical Oatland Summerhouse is superb value for money. It is an attractive building with a rustic look which can be used for many purposes and makes a feature in the garden or on the patio. With double doors to the front giving excellent access, The Oatland is constructed from high-grade overlap cladding to the walls on 34mm strong framing. Manufactured in the UK from high-grade Northern European timber and finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for your own topcoat of stain or paint. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.

Fantastic little summerhouse
Bought this for my little boy as a play house. Amazing price and such a fab product. Relatively easy to put up with two people in a few hours.

My hobbit house
I had mine up two weeks now ,
The one big problem was the flooring, it was so flimsy , we had to get more timber and add 6 batons underneath to support it .
Hopefully that will do it .
It looks great now it’s up and have it looking nice

Avoid
Do not buy avoid at all cost , missing parts , unhelpfull customer service, I offered to return the refused until I asked for refund for my extra cost I paid to make it work, do not buy

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
