Looks Great
Great looking toaster that feels well made. Only gripe would be the bread slots are little small and wider slices have to be squashed in or turned on their end and toasted twice.

Nice looking product
Toaster is fine, reason I gave 3 stars is it doesn't toast full slice, you have to turn slice to toast top and bottom of bread. Fits small slices easily.

Disappointed!
This is a great looking toaster and would complement any kitchen but is not as good as my Russell Hobbs that I had for 9 years. It is more expensive too. The slots where you put bread in are quite small and the bread doesn't quite fit. Also, it doesn't toast evenly - one side is more burnt than the other and the bottom toasts more than the top.
Overall, a disappointing purchase.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
