I love my new retro Swan microwave. The blue colour brightens an ordinarily boring piece of electrical kitchen equipment. The online ordering process to the quick delivery was great! Arrived much earlier than time given. I’ve ordered before from Robert Dyas…highly recommend them.

Does the job
I wanted a very simple microwave with knobs you turn not ,complicated buttons and programmes .This fits the bill .An added bonus is that the retro design means the knobs are quite big and 'ridged'which makes them easy to grip ..Works fine .Very pleased with it

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
