Good value, compact bean to cup coffee machine.
Reasonably priced, easy to use machine. Compact and perfect for one or two mugs of freshly ground and filtered coffee, without the environmentally unfriendly capsules or filter papers of other machines.

Great coffee maker
Love this coffee maker. It's so versatile, using either beans, which it grinds, or ready ground coffee. Also keeps it warm on the hotplate once brewed. Only thing I don't like is cleaning it, which is a bit time consuming if you're not happy to block the drains by tipping the grounds down. However, I've found a relatively easy way to do it by using a tea strainer!

Terrible machine and horrible customer service!
The machine does not make good coffee! It tastes like water with a coffee flavour! I had to put sooo much coffee inside and little water just to get something that resembles a coffee!
To top it all off when i asked to be refunded the product they came back with the oddest request! “We will consider refunding you if you cut the cord of the machine and send us a picture!?” How stupid !! I could be left with no money and a damaged item! Also what a waste for the environment! Also they never replied to my last email!

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
