Excellent Steam Iron
Actually gets creases out of clothes. After having a few big branded Steam irons that were very disappointing chose to buy this one and very pleased I did. If you want a good iron that works but this one.

This is the first steam Generator iron I have bought so nothing else to compare it with but it’s excellent for ironing bedding just need to get used to it more with delicates

Ordered 24/04/2020 cost £58-99p. Delivery promised by May 05th. Contacted Customer Service on four occasions, in the end requesting to cancel. Took out a Resolution with PayPal to get money refunded & have just had a confirmation from Paypal that my money will be refunded in the next five days.
Absolutely appalled by this company who have held on to my money for six weeks & despite my efforts to resolve this situation they have not had the decency to keep me up to date with this matter & have shown complete indifference to me as a customer. Suffice it to say I will never order anything ever again from them & l am only giving them one star because there is no facility to give no stars. This company obviously could make interest on customers withheld money.
