Fabulous parasol
We’ve had this parasol up for a couple of weeks now, even though it’s under a cover because of the rain! So pleased with the quality and strength of it. Good size which covers our seating area really well. Can’t wait for the sun now. Excellent buy!!!

Great looks, great value but can rotate in breeze
Great value, looks great but could do with a better anchoring system so that the umbrella wouldn’t spin in just the slightest breeze.

just the right size
Bought a couple of weeks ago, have it on our 4 meter deep decking area and it covers out outside table are perfectly. Easy to install and use. It doesn't come with a base so you will need to purchase separately.

Not able to return
After a few days the umbrella started go down slowly. On calling the store they advised I need to return it in its own box. To late as the bin men had been by then. She said I’m unable to return it then. So no I’m not happy with it

Cantilever banana garden parasol
Product was good but had a little manufacturing fault. So had to return the item. But the customer service was amazing. Dealt with my query so well. Much better than some of the retailers. Love Robert Dyas

Disappointed
I would say ...... just ok, the quality is not to bad for the price, but time will tell! Very unstable in the wind, had to anchor it with chains. Rather disappointed that they sell you the parasol but don't have the base for it. After lots of very frustrating phone calls to Robert Dyas had to make a plan from elsewhere. Same applied to a cover for it. If I had known in the beginning would not have purchased it.

Not quite perfect
Looks fantastic but the handle broke as we were assembling it. Still waiting for a new handle or replacement ( over 3 weeks). They say they are busy!

Good parasol of it stayed up
Bought it as a present for mother's birthday ... box arrived badly damaged... wasn't that bothered aslong as it was all in working order... when it gets put up in use it just closes back down again and again faulty product

Useless
There is no lock on the winding handle so As soon as you let go the parasol starts to go down. Small breeze and it turns around . I bought it to shade my raised pond from the midday sun but it keeps moving 90 degrees. Useless. I checked the instructions a number of times but if I have got something wrong can someone put me right please.
