perfect lights
after reading many reviews for outdoor lights I came accross these. The cluster lights look so great around our porch for Christmas and the colour is a perfect warm white. They are bright, but because they're warm white it makes it feel very cosy and pretty. Very pleased with this purchase!!

Lovely warm glow around our front door. Love that you don't have to click through all the settings to get to the static one every time. Plenty of cable to go through the window to be plugged in inside the house. Will re-use in the garden in Summer.

Christmas cheer!
I bought these lights in the sale and on reading the reviews decided to test them out. They are quite bright so agree some might not class them as “warm white”. Also, there are no instructions so working out how to use them was a bit fiddly but not impossible. They seemed to work ok but think it will take a bit of practice to get them on the right blink setting and timer.

No instructions!!
I bought these early November and gave them a quick check to make sure they were working, they were just what I'd been I'd looking for, arrived in good time. Fast forward to the end of November. We plugged them in at 3pm with the intention of them switching off at 11 pm. 6am they're STILL ON!! We assumed as with a lot of these timed lights they automatically turn off 8hours after being turned on. It's not helped by their being NO instructions in or on the box!! All that being said they are lovely bright lights with the advantage of being plugged in rather than battery operated which in itself causes more waste.

So pretty
I bought this a few days ago and are so pretty in windows . I love them .
Only thing that didn’t work was the built in timer . I put it on 8am today to see how long they stay on for it’s now 8.50 pm still on . Photo is in the morning ( daylight) and still bright.

got them home lovely. took down the lights I've had on for 3 years no problems. 1st off the wire cover started to bend and expose the wires then the wire next to the last bulb snaps and wollop the entire thing is buggered in less than a hour of having it. not very durable and definitely not made to last

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
