Lightweight but sturdy
I bought this mainly to use for cutting my conifer hedge.
The ladder is very light and easy to move around.
I felt safe standing on the top part and leaning against the support.
I only wish that I had bought one with an extra step to get to the extra height easier.
Folds very easily to store away.

Great stepladder but bent mental on delivery
This stepladder is not too heavy and is sturdy. Very pleaded with it although the metal was bent on the bottom rung which swings out to stabilise the ladder.

Well balanced with steady legs
I have bought 3 Domestic use stepladder 3, 6, 9 tread from the same manufacturer
15-20 years ago. these are so light to carry about I’m still using them. I wanted 4 tread and 3 tread for my son but could not get the same one. New 3,4 tread’s top step is painted with black rubber? I was disappointed with heaviness of the product. It’s steadier than light one but I’m 78 year old anything light weight to carry around the house is a great pleasure. Why they stop selling the good light weight product?

Delivery terrible paid for next day delivery after 12 days it finally arrived.
I had to constantly chase them up and felt they were not really bothered..

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. If you wish to return your bulky item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
