The Adam Elan electric fire is a fire to be desired. Featuring the excellent realistic LED flame effect and coal effect fuel bed this fire has a traditional feel to it. The fire is a perfect companion to your wooden, marble or stone fireplace which will complete that warm and homely look that you are after.

The electric fire Adan Elan 2kW Elan was delivered satisfactorily and in accordance with our requirements. However on unpacking the frontage of the fire the instructions on fitting this were missing also the screws to fit the front grill to the frame were not included.We returned to your shop at Bexleyheath where we ordered the fire and reported this. The shop manager then sent an email on our behalf to your customer services about this problem. I then received an email reply dated 27/2/23 confirming that the missing items had been shipped and we would receive them within 3 to 5 days, but nothing has been sent to us. However I managed to fit the front grill to the frame myself although not using the correct screws, and the fire is now working fine. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service you have provided by not sending the missing items as promised. Clearly there is something lacking in your customer services which we were not pleased about. Although this may appear a minor issue, it is never the less important to get things right.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
