Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ideal for drying washing when it's cold and wet ou Very pleased with the garment rail I bought to replace my twirling one which broke recently. Ideal for in the garage. Easy to assemble on my own, however I couldn't attach the top and bottom together as the holes are on the wrong side of the frame. I still use it though, if I move it I just have to remember that the two parts aren't screwed together
