Excellent refund process
I bought this mat but the colour was not suitable. I returned it direct to Allure and had a reply immediately asking for the order number, which I supplied. Allure sent an email directly to the Robert Dyas accounts department, asking for my refund. Within a day I had an email from Robert Dyas saying my refund was being processed. Really quick and easy.
