Thin and cheaply-made
I bought these towels to replace towels I had from a few years ago. My intention was to buy the exact same brand again, as the old towels were big and fluffy and brilliant.
Unfortunately, it looks like the manufacturer has cut corners. These towels were smaller in terms of surface area, and were much thinner than the old towels. I ended up returning them.
The Robert Dyas returns process is also a bureaucratic nightmare, so I can't just blame the manufacturer.
